WeDoAI LLC Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs the use of the services, managed platform, websites, software, artificial intelligence services, communication tools, applications, APIs, hosting services, and other products and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by WeDoAI LLC ("WeDoAI," "we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with this Policy. Violation of this Policy may result in suspension or termination of your account, removal of content, restriction of Services, or other actions deemed appropriate by WeDoAI.

This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Subscription, Billing & Cancellation Policy, Cookie Policy, and SMS Messaging Terms.

2. Lawful Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Services complies with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements, including industry-specific compliance obligations applicable to your business.

3. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Services to:

Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities.

Send unsolicited commercial communications ("spam").

Conduct phishing, impersonation, identity theft, or social engineering.

Distribute malware, ransomware, viruses, worms, spyware, or other malicious code.

Promote, facilitate, or encourage illegal activities.

Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

Harass, threaten, abuse, stalk, intimidate, or exploit any individual or organization.

Upload, publish, or distribute defamatory, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful content.

Circumvent security measures or gain unauthorized access to any system or network.

Attempt to interfere with the availability, integrity, or security of the Services.

Use automated methods to overload, scrape, crawl, harvest, or disrupt the Services without authorization.

Use the Services for cryptocurrency mining or other excessive resource-intensive activities.

Attempt to interfere with another customer's use of the Services.

Use the Services to facilitate scams, deceptive business practices, or fraudulent financial schemes.

4. Messaging & Communication Compliance

Clients using SMS, email, voice, or other communication services are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, carrier requirements, and industry standards, including obtaining all legally required consent before sending communications.

You agree not to:

Send unsolicited marketing communications.

Send messages to individuals who have opted out.

Misrepresent the sender of any communication.

Use purchased, rented, scraped, or unlawfully obtained contact lists.

Engage in message flooding, excessive messaging, or abusive messaging practices.

Circumvent opt-out requests.

Send communications that violate TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CTIA guidelines, carrier policies, or similar applicable regulations.

WeDoAI reserves the right to suspend messaging services immediately if we reasonably believe your activities could violate applicable laws, carrier requirements, or negatively affect platform reputation, deliverability, or service availability.

5. Artificial Intelligence Services

Our Services may include artificial intelligence features.

You agree not to use AI features to:

Generate illegal or fraudulent content.

Produce malware or malicious software.

Create deceptive impersonations or deepfakes intended to mislead.

Facilitate cyberattacks or unauthorized access.

Violate the privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights of others.

Generate content that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Produce content intended to facilitate harassment, discrimination, violence, or unlawful conduct.

Circumvent safety protections or usage restrictions implemented within AI systems.

You remain solely responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated outputs before relying upon or distributing them.

6. Client Content

You retain responsibility for all content, data, files, communications, and materials uploaded, stored, transmitted, or distributed through the Services.

You represent and warrant that:

You possess all necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and authorizations to use such content.

Your content does not violate applicable law.

Your content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

WeDoAI does not actively monitor all user content but reserves the right to remove, disable, restrict, or refuse content that violates this Policy, applicable law, court orders, or the rights of others.

7. Platform Security

You may not:

Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services except where expressly permitted by law.

Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without written authorization.

Attempt to bypass authentication or security controls.

Introduce malicious code or unauthorized software.

Attempt to gain access to another customer's account or information.

Use the Services in a manner that interferes with other users or platform operations.

Exploit security vulnerabilities or publicly disclose vulnerabilities without first providing WeDoAI a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remediate them.

8. Fair Use & Resource Consumption

To ensure reliable service for all customers, WeDoAI reserves the right to monitor platform usage for excessive or abusive consumption of system resources.

Activities that unreasonably consume bandwidth, processing power, storage, messaging capacity, API requests, or other shared resources may result in rate limiting, temporary restrictions, suspension, or requests to upgrade to an appropriate service plan.

9. Confidential Information & Non-Circumvention

The Services include proprietary methodologies, workflows, templates, automation frameworks, implementation processes, pricing structures, documentation, prompt libraries, software configurations, and other confidential business information belonging to WeDoAI.

You agree not to reproduce, distribute, disclose, reverse engineer, or use WeDoAI's confidential information to compete with, replicate, circumvent, or commercially exploit WeDoAI's managed platform services.

Nothing in this section restricts lawful competition or the independent use of publicly available information.

10. Monitoring & Enforcement

To protect the security, integrity, and reliability of the Services, WeDoAI may investigate suspected violations of this Policy.

WeDoAI reserves the right to:

Suspend or terminate access to the Services.

Remove or disable content.

Restrict platform functionality.

Suspend messaging or communication services.

Disable integrations.

Limit API access.

Cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law.

Preserve information where required for legal or security purposes.

Take any other action reasonably necessary to protect the Services, our users, our infrastructure, or third parties.

11. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any misuse, abuse, security vulnerability, or suspected violation of this Policy, please notify us promptly.

12. Changes to this Policy

The updated version will be published on our website with a revised Effective Date.

Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
